Surrounded by Mountains and Rivers, Celebrating Together | Ruishen Group’s 2026 Team-Building Trip

A trip is a chance to relax;
A team-building event is a time to come together;
And when a group sets out together, it ultimately becomes a warm and memorable chapter in the team’s history. On August 27–28, Ruishen Group organized a two-day, one-night team-building trip for all employees. Departing from Tangshan, we passed through Zibo, immersing ourselves in its literary heritage and scenic landscapes; then we headed to Jinan, the “City of Springs,” to experience the natural beauty of its springs and the vibrant energy of the city. Over the course of two days, we temporarily set aside our hectic work schedules to relax both body and mind, deepen our connections, and feel the warmth and strength of our team amid laughter and joy.

📚 First Stop: Zhongshu Ge—Embarking on a Cultural Journey Amid the Scent of Books For the first stop of our journey, we arrived at Zhongshu Ge in Zibo. Upon entering Zhongshu Ge, we were greeted by a uniquely designed space and a rich cultural atmosphere. Away from the fast pace of work, everyone slowed down to experience the charm of reading amidst the scent of books and discover a different side of their colleagues in a relaxed atmosphere. With every turn of a page, knowledge and ideas collide;
when colleagues gather, team spirit and camaraderie deepen. Work brings us together,
and travel helps us understand each other even better.

⛰️ Second Stop: Hongye Shiyan—Venturing into the Mountains and Embracing Nature After leaving Zhongshu Pavilion, we continued on to the Hongye Shiyan Scenic Area in Zibo. We left the city behind for the mountains and forests, trading the scent of books for the embrace of nature. Along the way, mountains and waters complemented each other, creating a picturesque landscape. We walked together, admiring the scenery, chatting, and taking photos, enjoying this rare moment of leisure in a relaxed and joyful atmosphere. Some captured the beautiful scenery along the way,
some took group photos,
and some used their cameras to freeze those beaming smiles. And those spontaneous moments of laughter became the most precious sights of this journey. The scenery we saw together will become shared memories;
the paths we walked together will bring us closer.

Jinan, the City of Springs
💧 First Stop: Baotu Spring—Immerse Yourself in the City’s Spiritual Charm On the second day, we arrived in Jinan. Our first stop was Baotu Spring, renowned as the “Number One Spring Under Heaven.” The crystal-clear spring water, rustic architecture, and lush greenery allowed everyone to experience the unique cultural heritage of the City of Springs during our tour. Take some time away from work to enjoy the scenery and chat about life. A brief moment of relaxation helps us gather more strength to move forward.

🌊 Second Stop: The Shimmering Waters of Daming Lake—Enjoying the Beauty of the “City of Springs” Together Next, we arrived at Daming Lake. The lake’s surface rippled gently, and the area was shaded by lush green trees. We strolled along the lakeshore, relaxing amid the natural scenery and taking many precious team photos. On ordinary days, we come together because of work;
but on this trip, we gathered for the sheer joy of it. From colleagues to companions,
from working side by side to traveling together,
each gathering has deepened our team’s chemistry and cohesion.

🍢 Stop 3: The Vibrant Life of Jinan on Furong Street—Experiencing the City’s Warmth The final stop on our journey was the bustling Furong Street. As we stepped onto Furong Street, we were immediately greeted by lively crowds, unique local delicacies, and the rich, vibrant atmosphere of everyday city life. Everyone strolled along, browsing, eating, and chatting, soaking up the vibrant atmosphere of Jinan through its food and laughter. The journey was filled with scenic views, delicious food, and joyful laughter. Amid this lively and warm atmosphere, the two-day, one-night trip for the Ruishen team came to a close.

Though it was just two days and one night—a brief time—we gained so many wonderful experiences. Together, we immersed ourselves in the world of books,
wandered through scenic landscapes,
watched the springs gush forth,
strolled along the lake,
and experienced the vibrant energy of the city. The meaning of a team-building event has never been merely about “where we go.” What matters most is giving our busy lives a chance to pause,
allowing familiar colleagues to get to know one another better,
and creating more shared memories for the teammates who strive side by side. At work, we share a common goal and fulfill our respective roles;
in life, we keep each other company and share joy. A trip brings the team closer together;
a gathering deepens our mutual understanding.
🌟 Setting Off Again, Toward a Brighter Future Every journey eventually comes to an end,
but our efforts never cease. This two-day, one-night team-building event was both a chance to relax and a time to recharge. Carrying the joy and energy from our trip, we return to our workplaces, ready to throw ourselves into our work with renewed enthusiasm and face new challenges with even more determined strides. Because we are united, we move forward together;
and because we stand united, we are stronger.
